Founder, Managing Partner
Nick Jean-Baptiste is Managing Partner of Jacmel Growth Partners. He developed the firm's differentiated approach to value creation after nearly fifteen years of Wall Street and private equity experience, working to scale businesses and provide growth capital to companies. Prior to founding Jacmel, Nick was Principal at Peterson Partners, a $1.5 billion AUM growth private equity firm, where he sourced and led transactions across a wide range of industries. He also served as Vice President with Macquarie Capital, where he provided strategic advice and capital market solutions to private equity clients. Nick began his career in Citigroup's Investment Banking Division as a member of the banks' Healthcare Coverage Group. Over the course of this career, Nick has taken part in providing over $10 billion of debt financing to private equity-sponsored recapitalizations and several published equity offerings. Nick earned a B.A. from Duke University and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Ajit Bopalkar joined Jacmel Growth Partners in 2021 as a Vice President. Prior to Jacmel, Ajit worked as a Senior Associate in NYC at Insight Equity, a ~$1.4B AUM operationally focused middle-market private equity firm. Before Insight Equity, Ajit was an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Securities, where he focused on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. Ajit graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and a double major in Statistics.
Josh Anchondo joined Jacmel Growth partners in 2021 as an associate. Prior to Jacmel, Josh worked as a Senior Analyst at Schroder Adveq, a ~$960B AUM international multi-asset manager, where he worked within the Private Equity division. Before starting with Schroder Adveq, Josh was an Analyst at Stonebridge Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Josh graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.S. Business Administration with a focus in Finance.

Jin Chun is a current member of the Jacmel Investment Committee. Jin is currently Chief Operating Officer at SilverBox Capital, an alternative investment manager focused on utilizing SPACs to invest in high quality, long-term growth prospects. Prior to SilverBox, Jin was a Managing Partner in the Principal Investment Team with Macquarie Capital.

Khary Robinson is a current member of the Jacmel Investment Committee. Khary is currently Executive Chairman at Norbrook Equity Partners, an investment management company focused on equity investments in Logistics, Transaction Processing, Consumer Goods and Services, and Business Process Outsourcing.
Mathew Day is an operating advisor to Jacmel, focused on firm building and operations. Mathew is currently a Partner at Peterson Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to Peterson Partners, Mathew was a partner at Black Opal Equity, a private equity search fund. Mathew has additional experience as an investment professional at Macquarie Capital.
Shawn Dolley is an operating advisor to Jacmel, providing diligence guidance and post-acquisition support. Shawn is the founder and former CEO of Vision Chain (now Orchestro). Shawn is currently an advisor for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to joining the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Shawn was head of Healthcare & Life Sciences practice at both Cloudera and Netezza.
Bill Kornegay is an operating advisor to Jacmel, providing diligence guidance and post-acquisition support. Bill is a global supply chain Executive, with over 30 years experience leading teams at Fortune 100 companies. Bill was most recently served as the SVP of Supply Management for Hilton worldwide. Prior to Hilton, Bill was SVP of Global Supply Chain for Godiva Chocolatier. Prior to Godiva, Bill was former VP of Global Supply Chain for the Campbell Soup Company. Bill is also the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Minority Supplier Diversity Counsel (NMSDC).
Tynesia Boyea-Robinson is an operating advisor to Jacmel, providing diligence guidance and post-acquisition support. Tynesia is founder and CEO of CapEQ, an impact investment and advisory firm focused on returns through social impact. Tynesia is an impact advisor to the White House and the Biden administration transition team. Prior to CapEQ, Tynesia was chief impact officer at Living Cities. Prior to Living Cities, Tynesia was an executive director of year Up National Capital Region and former integration manager and six sigma blackbelt at GE.
Kimberly Marshall is an operating advisor to Jacmel, providing diligence guidance and post-acquisition support. Kimberly is currently an advisor for the Launch with GS program with Goldman Sachs. Kimberly is former senior technology lead at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Kimberly was former leader of Uber’s North America stakeholder strategy and an investment professional at Macquarie Capital.
