Founder, Managing Partner
Nick Jean-Baptiste is Managing Partner of Jacmel Growth Partners. He developed the firm’s differentiated approach to value creation after nearly fifteen years of Wall Street and private equity experience, working to scale businesses and provide growth capital to companies.
Prior to founding Jacmel, Nick was a Principal at Peterson Partners, a $1 billion AUM growth private equity firm, where he sourced and led transactions across a wide range of industries. Most notably, he led Peterson Partners’ investments in Tex Mex chain Si Senor, leading voice and servicer provider DCI, and oil & gas safety service provider PEC.
He also served as a Vice President with Macquarie Capital, where he provided strategic advice and capital market solutions to private equity clients. Nick began his career in Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division as a member of the bank’s Healthcare Coverage Group. Over the course of his career, Nick has taken part in providing over $10 billion of debt financing to private equity-sponsored recapitalizations and several public equity offerings.
Nick earned a B.A. from Duke University and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Christal is a leading venture philanthropist and experienced consultant on corporate social responsibility and diversity and inclusion.
She is Founder of Mosaic Genuis, a social impact agency focused on providing access to opporutnities to enrpreneurs and investors serving communities of color. Mosiac was birthed out of her work as Founder of Head and Heart Philanthropy (HHP), a nonprofit focused on improving educational and health outcomes in communities of color globally.
Christal earned a B.A. from Spelman College and a Master of Theological Studies from Duke University.

Shawn Dolley is a successful software entrepreneur, management consultant and data strategist. For over 20 years, he has served as both a senior advisor and leader within the many of the world's leading corporations and foundations.
He is currently President of Global Health Division of the Seattle-based foundation Open Global Health applying his data analytics expertise to improving public health outcomes in Africa and globally.
Shawn began his path to senior technology leadership as the Founder & Chairman and CEO of Vision Chain, a supply chain data analytics company acquired by Orchestro in 2013. Previously, he served as Head of the Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting practice at Cloudera, a former Vice President and General Manager at IBM and Vice President and General Manager for Healthcare & Life Sciences at Netezza.
Shawn earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Senior Advisor, Supply Chain
Bill has over 30 years of experience in global supply chain management and operational leadership at Fortune 500 companies.
He has previously served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Management at Hilton Worldwide, where under his leadership the company earned recognition in Diversity Inc.'s Top 10 ranking for Supply Diversity for three years consecutively. Prior to Hilton, Bill served as a Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Godiva Chocolatier, Director of Operations for Campbell Soup Company and Manufacturing Manager at Frito-Lay. He began his career at Johnson & Johnson and Kraft General Foods.
Bill earned a B.Sc. in Engineering from Northwestern University.
